Prior to completion of the range change calls we completed a time trial to agree the right time and test for any issues ahead of starting the activity. We achieved 100% compliance on day one. Several lines were being removed from the W7 Gifting fixture and sited onto the Beauty Accessories fixture elsewhere in store. A number of products looked very similar to those already on the fixture so accuracy and compliance were vital. The merchandisers were also required to complete Stickering Nail Varnishes ‘For professional use only’. The final step was to restock the fixture and order any missing POS/Parts from the fixture.
