  • FSDU Distribution and Availability:
    • Ensured the timely nationwide delivery of free-standing display units (FSDUs).
    • Dispatched multiple units to our field team for direct placement in stores.
    • Arranged direct-to-store deliveries where field team deployment was not feasible, ensuring displays were ready for positioning upon arrival.
  • Delivery Planning:
    • Developed a detailed delivery schedule tailored to the specific requirements of both the field team and individual store locations.
    • Ensured all materials were on-site in time for Day 1 launch activities.
  • Field Team Deployment:
    • Mobilised District Representatives (DRs) to provide comprehensive coverage across all target locations.
    • Prioritised early placement to maximise the impact of promotional materials ahead of release day.

Outcome

By leveraging our efficient distribution strategy and proactive field team, we ensured that the striking point-of-sale (POS) displays were effectively utilised to create a memorable in-store experience.
