Key Actions Taken
- FSDU Distribution and Availability:
- Ensured the timely nationwide delivery of free-standing display units (FSDUs).
- Dispatched multiple units to our field team for direct placement in stores.
- Arranged direct-to-store deliveries where field team deployment was not feasible, ensuring displays were ready for positioning upon arrival.
- Delivery Planning:
- Developed a detailed delivery schedule tailored to the specific requirements of both the field team and individual store locations.
- Ensured all materials were on-site in time for Day 1 launch activities.
- Field Team Deployment:
- Mobilised District Representatives (DRs) to provide comprehensive coverage across all target locations.
- Prioritised early placement to maximise the impact of promotional materials ahead of release day.
