Post-Launch & BAU Operations:
  • Continued training and review of store hours and performance, with necessary adjustments.
  • Recruitment and induction of staff, including "brand specialists" for ongoing support and training.
  • Support for promotional launches, weekly price changes, and integration of The Entertainer's processes into operations.
  • Enhancement of IT systems for real-time monitoring and compliance, integrating The Entertainer's team into eXPD8's call management app.
