Our response

Our Central Office team collaborated closely with distribution to ensure that as many FSDUs as possible were sent to our Field teams in advance, allowing them to walk into stores fully prepared on launch day. In cases where this wasn’t feasible, our flexible approach enabled us to send units directly to stores, tailoring the process to meet the needs of the Client, Store, and Merchandisers. This ensured maximum availability of POS for setup, enhancing the success of the launch.

Our behind-the-scenes efforts didn’t stop there. Leveraging local knowledge, our Field team strategically assigned the best-placed and most experienced Merchandisers to execute the setups flawlessly. This proactive approach enabled us to deliver a highly successful launch for both Elevation and Asda stores.
