eXPD8 prides itself on treating all colleagues fairly and equally and welcomes the government action on gender pay inequalities in the workplace.
eXPD8 are delighted to once again report a 0% median pay gap in 2020, for the fourth consecutive year. The average median pay gap for all companies in 2019 was 8.9%.
We are also pleased to report that our mean gender pay gap continues to narrow, now standing at 1.8% compared to 2.5% last year and 4.7% in 2018. This also represents the fourth consecutive year of improvement in this measure. This improvement has been achieved as women now represent a higher proportion of our “Upper Middle” and “Upper” salary quartiles than in previous years. The average mean gender pay gap for all companies in 2019 was 17.3%.
I confirm that the data reported is accurate.
