Responsible Disposal and Donation of IT Equipment: We adhere to certified processes for disposing of IT equipment, ensuring that these items are handled in an environmentally responsible manner, rather than contribute to e-waste.
We have previously donated tablets & other IT equipment to Southmead Hospital’s Children’s
Ward – North Bristol NHS Trust, which was well received by the staff and
children alike.

Use of Recycling Bins Around the eXPD8 Central Office: We have implemented the use of recycling bins for paper, glass, and plastic throughout our central office. This initiative encourages our team to dispose of waste responsibly and supports our broader recycling goals.
Digital Documentation and Communication: In an effort to cut down on paper usage and waste, all our briefs, document signing, and communications are conducted digitally. This transition to digital operations helps us conserve resources and operate more efficiently.
In-Store Recycling Initiatives: We actively participate in various recycling bin merchandising activities in stores. Notable efforts include makeup recycling and toy recycling programmes in partnership with Wastebusters, demonstrating our commitment to supporting circular economy practices.
Comply with Supply/Partner Standards: We work closely with our global supply chain risk management experts, Achilles, to ensure compliance with the highest standards of ethical and sustainable practices. This collaboration helps us manage risks and maintain integrity across our supply chain.
Regular Review of Environmental and Ethical Sourcing Policy: We regularly review our Environmental and Ethical Sourcing policy to ensure it remains current and effective.
