As we transition from summer holidays to Christmas preparations, the final three months of the year, known as the ‘golden quarter’, become crucial for brands and retailers, accounting for the bulk of their annual sales.
As retail implementation specialists, this is our busiest time of the year at eXPD8. To ensure we deliver exceptional service for our clients, we are embarking on a major nationwide recruitment campaign, offering over 650 temporary, flexible, part-time jobs, in addition to our existing permanent vacancies.
We’re recruiting now for roles available from the end of September to the end of December. These fixed-term roles offer flexible hours across the country, including weekends, early evenings and outside of school pick up and drop off times. With the opportunity to earn over £3k between September and December, it’s the perfect opportunity for those looking to boost their income ahead of Christmas or to fit in more hours around caring commitments, parenting, or studies.

We also have several hundred permanent roles providing merchandiser support to our clients all year around, with the same flexibility and benefits and the chance to work on some fantastic brands in your local stores.
Our merchandisers play a vital role, visiting various retail stores across the country. This includes major grocery chains like Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury’s, and Morrisons, as well as high street retailers such as Boots, Superdrug, and WH Smith.
eXPD8 supports over 100 clients, including some well-known household names, across a variety of categories such as Books and Entertainment, Fashion, Grocery, Health and Beauty, Beers, Wines and Spirits, and Toys. One of our key clients is The Entertainer, for whom we are currently setting up ‘The Entertainer Toy Shops’ in Tesco stores nationwide. Christmas is a critical period for the toy sector, with as many toys sold in a week of December as in some months of the year. Many of the hours available will include supporting The Entertainer during this crucial period, ensuring toys are available on the shelves and looking fantastic for customers.
